Hi, I’m Lindsay!

I recently relocated from Virginia, where I’ve spent the last 13 years as a massage therapist. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in a variety of environments, including spas, chiropractic clinics, and gyms. However, I’ve found that I’m most drawn to the therapeutic and clinical aspects of massage. My approach typically incorporates sports massage, deep tissue work, and recovery-focused techniques, though I prefer not to limit myself with a single label.

Holistic wellness is a passion of mine, and I believe in nurturing not just the body, but everything that contributes to its well-being. When I’m not practicing massage, you can usually find me outdoors—hiking, camping, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature!

Hi! My name is Ivy Nanigans!

I have been passionate about holistic healing since my childhood. Beginning with energy work(reiki, bioenergy, sound therapy, and access BARS) I expanded my studies into functional neurology and herbology before entering massage school. Throughout school I applied my kinesthetic experience as an aerialist and circus instructor to therapeutic treatment and sports massage, helping clients recover from injuries, reduce their pain and increase their range of motion.

Recently, I've added Thai massage and Sarga(deep myofascial release using the feet instead of hands) to my practice to enhance both the experience and results of my treatments. I am enthralled with puzzling out how the body works and applying various modalities to help my clients achieve peace and joy in their bodies and lives.

Julie Volpigno LMT

MA60836850

Julie completed her massage training at East West College of the Healing Arts, one of the longest-established massage schools in the Northwest, where she has been practicing for over five years. She also collaborates with chiropractors in a clinical environment. Julie is deeply inspired by the therapeutic benefits of massage for addressing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction recovery.

In addition to her massage training, Julie holds a certification in myofascial cupping. Julie has recently advanced her studies at the Updleger Institute, successfully completing Levels 1 and 2 of craniosacral therapy. In October 2023, she also finished a SomatoEmotional Release (SER) course. SER, a form of Craniosacral therapy, offers a gentle yet effective approach to working with both the body's tissues and emotions. This method helps release trapped energy and memories related to trauma, promoting emotional healing and restoring the mind-body connection by addressing negative, stagnant energy tied to past experiences.

Julie takes a thoughtful approach to deep tissue work, blending lighter pressure with a variety of techniques to help you achieve your wellness goals. She has furthered her expertise through specialized training, including CSN1 (Cranial Nerves), CSWCWCD (Working with Clients with Chronic Depletion), and Visceral Manipulation Level 1 through the Barral Institute.

Julie’s ultimate goal is to specialize in mental health and help her clients quality of life.
